Marvelous Molly

Hey Kids,

No new stamps today, I'm afraid.  :(  I've got a new three-pack in the works, but I'm afraid that after all of my running around today (Saturdays are just about my only days to actually get errands done), I've ended up with a splitting headache.  The temperature's getting up there today (almost to the nineties) and I didn't drink enough water. My own fault, really.

But I do have another fabulous card from Jo!

How gorgeous is that?  I love the work she's been doing on the Cafe Digi gals.  <3

Reappearances and Another Give-Away!

***THIS CONTEST IS CLOSED***

Heyo Ladies and Gents,

First things first, a big 'grats to Lawren, the winner of the Mayzy's Crazy 8 pack give-away!  Lawren, if you want to shoot me an email at MayzyGreen (at) yahoo (dot) com, I'll send you your prize!

Today in the shop we have two new stamps but with familiar faces.  It's the reappearance of the ever lovely Xandra and the sweet girl Jean.

All of my stamps have characters and all of them have names, even if they're not said on the actual listing.  I daydream about who they are, what they do, and what brought them to the image under my pen as I draw them.  So don't be surprised if you see some of them appearing again from time to time.

(Also, this is me preening a bit for drawing a decent Vespa.  Motor vehicles and my art don't generally mix well)

Since I had so much fun with the last give-away, let's make it a regular thing, shall we?  Each Saturday I will offer some stamp give-away for a random commenter on my blog (must be a comment on the give-away blog post, not just any post).  This week's prize will be the...

Digi Dancer's Five Pack!!

(Oooh... Aaaah...)

One more to add!

I have one more card to post tonight. This one is truly delightful with its whimsy and swirls.  Created by Kevin of McCrafty's Cards.  Check out his stuff!!

Eee!  The butterflies!  I love the butterflies!!

Big Un'

Wow, have I got a lot to share with you today.  First and foremost, I am super excited to announce that the Digi Dancers five pack is now available in my shop!  I didn't think I'd have that completed until the weekend!  Disco seemed to be a big hit, so I hope you'll like the rest just as well.

Next, I have a couple of amazing cards to share with you.  The first was done by the wonderfully talented Mina of Pinkpuds. Isn't it gorgeous?

And if that wasn't enough, another great crafter, Jo, posted this beauty on her blog, It's My Creative World:

I love, love, LOVE the newsprint background!  Seeing cards and projects that folks make using MayzyArt stamps just gives me warm tingles all over.  You guys are awsomely amazing and I'm sending out big smooches to all of you!!

New stamps and another freebie!

It was a beautiful day today!  Not too hot (which happens SOOO often here!) and not too cold.  So of course I spent the day.... in a cube farm.  Alas.

But it did lead to some new drawings, including the first of my next projected six piece set- the Digi Dancers!  Look for more soon, but to start with I give you Disco!

I also did a stamp as a special request from one of my customers.  If you have a theme you're looking to fulfill, a special card you want to make or just a good idea for a digital stamp, please tell me!  If it's something that would be appropriate for my shop, I can usually get it up in a few days.  If it's something very personal, I am also willing to accept commissions for individual stamps.  Just convo me or send me an email!

This one is Maggie the Magician and her assistant, Mr. Buns.

And last but not least, who wants a free MayzyArt stamp?  I've recently joined The Outlawz and am sponsoring a challenge, so I thought it only polite to introduce myself.  So I posted an EXCLUSIVE stamp on their freebie page!  Check it out!!

Just a quick post to share this go-hor-geous card made by Trina using the Jean stamp.  I adore all the colors!!

Mayzy is Crazy (Woo, free stuff!)

***THIS CONTEST IS CLOSED***

Posted a new pack of stamps today, this time going for a collection of small stamps, rather than one big stamp.  I really love some of the images in here (particularly Madame Octopus) and hope that y'all enjoy them, too.

In fact, because you guys are all awesome, if you'd like a chance to win this stamp pack, just comment on this post.  On Saturday, I will randomly select one commenter for the free pack.  Woo!

Cafe Digi is open for business!

I'm rather proud of my drawing efforts today, though it came at the cost of my neck.  I'm suffering from a serious case of 'artist's neck' and I may have to take tomorrow off to let my poor spine recover.  ...I SHOULD, but I probably won't.

I tried to go in a slightly different direction with the stamps that I posted today.  They're less 'chibi' than the majority of my other stamps.  I am extraordinarily curious how they will go over. What do you think?  I sincerely appreciate your constructive criticism.  Be brutal, if you need.

Now, I'm off to take a long, hot soak in the tub.  See you tomorrow!  (...maybe?)

Another cute Caz creation!

I really enjoy the symmetrical sensibilities of this crafter.  Everything looks so precise and perfect.  I'm so excited to show off her darling cards here.  Thank you, Caz!!

Penguin Party

Yay for Friday!  I'm having fantasies about hitting the coffee shop and spending all day tomorrow with a sketchpad and pens.  Mwahahaha!

For you, though, I have two new stamps.  I'm rather enamored of Adeline here.  I'm really not sure where she came from.  She just sort of appeared on my pad!

I was browsing about on my lunch break today, wondering what to draw next, when I came across a blog stating that one of my papercraft idols was feeling a bit ill.  This one's for her.  :-)

Have a wonderful weekend all you crazy kids, and make lots of amazing things!!
